Must Have Qualifications:

- Education and Experience Requirement(s) Minimum: New York State LMSW in Social Work with at least four (4) years supervisory experience, overseeing a case management team. Individual, family and group counseling experience required, particularly with HIV/AIDS affected populations and/or mental health and substance abuse individuals who were formerly homeless. Preference is given to persons with experience in congregate programs, and those who are bi-lingual and bi-cultural in Spanish.
