Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Research Budget & Effort Analyst to support financial and operational workflows for clinical trials.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining study budgets and calendars in OnCore CTMS, ensuring accuracy across agreements, billing, and
financial systems, and supporting effort tracking and reconciliation processes.
Key Responsibilities

+ Build and maintain clinical trial budget calendars in OnCore CTMS, including amendments

+ Translate study protocols and agreements into accurate budget structures

+ Partner with vendors to complete builds, resolve queries, and ensure quality control

+ Conduct budget analysis to align agreements, billing designations, and system data

+ Troubleshoot calendar builds, visit structures, and subject tracking issues
