Join University of Chicago Medicine, as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, in the Meds2Beds Pharmacy. In this role as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, you will assume responsibility and accountability for the provision of safe, effective, and timely dispensing medications to patients upon discharge of the hospital.
