Seeking a Pharmacist Reviewer with an active US Pharmacist license and strong clinical pharmacy experience. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of pharmacist experience, including 3+ years in a hospital setting, along with expertise in managed care, clinical authorization, claims review, and clinical coding.

Key Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted US Pharmacist license
• 5+ years of pharmacist experience
• 3+ years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Experience with managed care, prior authorization, and claims review
• Knowledge of clinical coding and medication management
• Experience researching drugs and reviewing formulary/non-formulary exceptions
• Strong analytical, communication, and IT skills
• Ability to work effectively in multiple healthcare systems
