Join University of Chicago Medicine, as a Clinical Pharmacist in the Ambulatory Infusion Pharmacy, Registry, located in Orland Park, Illinois. In this role as a Clinical Pharmacist you will assume responsibility and accountability for the provision of safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy intended for infusion. Through various assignments within the department, they provide support for optimal medication therapy to patients with a broad range of disease states, predominantly Cancer Care. The Infusion Pharmacy is known for providing exceptional assistance when medical needs may be complex and requires special knowledge when collaborating with themedical provider and insurance company.
