Position Overview

Position Description:
The University of Iowa's College of Dentistry is conducting a search for a full-time clinical or tenure-track faculty member in the Department of Preventive & Community Dentistry.

Major responsibilities include: 

Didactic instruction and clinical supervision in the Preventive clinic, Geriatrics & Special Needs clinics, and Geriatric Mobile Unit;

Providing/teaching continuing education courses in Preventive and/or Geriatrics & Special Needs dentistry;

Participation in the departmental intramural private practice; and

Scholarship to support and advance the specialty.

Tenure-track applicants must also: Participate in research activities culminating in peer-reviewed publications and/or extramural grant support, etc.
