Join a high-performing Renal Service team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) Dialysis Access, where you will lead and coordinate the end-to-end dialysis access pathway for patients with chronic and end-stage renal disease.
This advanced practice role is pivotal in ensuring timely, seamless access to haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, working closely with nephrologists, vascular teams, radiology, and multidisciplinary services. Youll manage surgical waitlists, coordinate procedures, provide expert patient education, and oversee ongoing access surveillancedirectly improving patient outcomes and experience.
