About the role
Mater Refugee and Multicultural Health Service is seeking a Clinical Nurse (CN) to join the Multicultural Health Coordination team working part time 0.5 FTE on a maximum-term contract for 6 months.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team that includes specialist refugee and multicultural health nurses, doctors, social worker and administration staff and community engagement workers who are passionate about health access and equity for people of refugee and migrant backgrounds.
Mater Multicultural Health Coordination Nurses provide nursing care, coordination, and health advocacy to individuals from refugee and other multicultural backgrounds in a variety of settings, including General Practices across Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich, the Mater Refugee Complex Care Clinic, community clinics and home environments.
The hours of work will be Monday – Friday between 08:30 – 16:30. We require applicants...
