Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality patient care across paediatric day case, acute admissions, elective surgery, and outpatient services. The CNM will hold -hour responsibility for the operational, clinical, managerial, and educational leadership of the department, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care at all times.

The successful candidate will act as a visible clinical leader and role model, supporting and developing the ward team while maintaining and improving standards of care, governance, quality, and patient safety. The role also includes responsibility for the effective deployment of staffing and resources within budget, ensuring services consistently meet professional and organisational standards while delivering excellent patient and family experiences.
