Clinical Nurse Manager - Hawkes Bay Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital. Permanent, full time, 80 hours per fortnight (1FTE).

About the Role

• Provide operational and clinical leadership across the Acute Assessment Unit, Medical Day Unit, and IV Therapy Service.
• Ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality care delivery while leading a large nursing team and managing resources within a complex, dynamic environment.
• Oversee patient flow, workforce planning, and service performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead change initiatives.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior leaders to meet quality standards and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Current NZ Nursing Council registration with a valid practising certificate.
