UPMC Home Health is hiring a full-time Clinical Manager.

This position is on-site at their Williamsport Office.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm.

Must be available for on-call- Clinical Oversight telephone calls on a rotating basis, along with holidays and weekends, which are done remotely.

Minimal travel to complete in-home supervisory visits with the field staff

Purpose:
The Clinical Manager position is an on-site position that is accountable and responsible for the overall quality of service, overseeing the planning, developing, organizing, and integrating of clinical care and coordination of assigned patients and designated teams, in support of the organizational goals and commitments.
