About the Role

Clinical Manager position for the Anxiety Disorders Service within the Specialty and Addictions Service.

Location: Hillmorton Hospital, Christchurch.

Type: Permanent, Full‑time, 80 hours per fortnight (1FTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective and efficient assessment and treatment for tāngata whaiora and whānau.
• Create a culture of continuous quality improvement, safety and best practice.
• Show commitment and urgency, be visibly open, clear and innovative while building mutually beneficial partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively manage the service budget through development, planning and forecasting in alignment with service objectives.
• Support tāngata whenua and mana whenua‑led change to achieve equitable health outcomes for Māori.
