Responsibilities

As our Clinical Lead Audiologist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice, governance and patient experience across our Audiology services.

Clinical Leadership and Service Development

• Provide expert clinical leadership across multiple Audiology sites nationwide
• Maintain clinical credibility through regular patient‑facing clinical sessions
• Drive consistency, quality and efficiency across services
• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures and best‑practice guidelines
• Work closely with operational teams and ENT colleagues to optimise patient pathways
• Support the development of new Audiology services and private healthcare opportunities
• Contribute to service specifications, contract mobilisation and tender responses
