**Job Description**

The Clinical Integration Pharmacist will support the health system–wide implementation of smart infusion pump integration with Epic CPOE as part of the enterprise standardization of infusion pump devices and medication concentrations. This role will focus on ensuring alignment between the smart pump drug library and Epic medication order workflows, performing clinical validation, and maintaining safe and consistent medication administration processes.

**Qualifications**

+ PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree
+ Active pharmacist license
+ Epic end-user experience with medication ordering or medication administration workflows
+ Experience with medication safety, infusion therapy, or IV medication management
+ Strong knowledge of clinical workflows in inpatient medication administration, including medication safety, dosing and infusion therapies
