Job Summary

Responsible for creating and maintaining competency-based training programs intended to prepare the healthcare workforce for clinical practice. Accountable for ensuring educational products are developed and implemented to align with evidence-based practice and regulatory standards. Responsible for educational curriculum for the care continuum of onboarding, annual, and as needed basis. Implements the service-line-based education for the entire Prisma Health system.
