Position Overview
Responsibilities
:
Assist with the implementation of site-specific action items for the client. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the CensiTrac Product Suite, OR Scheduler, LoanerLink, ScopeTrac Advanced, and other Censis products. Train clients, partners, and internal staff, on all features and benefits of CensiTrac. Possesses strong analytical skills and ability to assimilate information to complete training reports and/or training checklist as needed. Communicate with technical and non-technical client resources. Modify training in-service checklists, manuals, and quick reference guides as needed. Gain knowledge of equipment, products and systems related to the sterile processing profession.
