RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Clinical Director/Program Manager is responsible for the coordination of the A&D residential / therapeutic services, making sure all documentation is completed, and providing professional development for staff on the units. The position provides quality youth care, and close intensive supervision of staff and adolescent clients in a residential setting. In addition, this position is responsible for providing and overseeing a range of residential assessments, treatment planning, support groups, individual and family therapy, skills training, and lectures for the educational purpose of the enhanced substance abuse program.
