MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure high-quality and timely clinical coding with high integrity
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Conduct procedural coding that adheres to coding rules and convention, standards and guidelinesConduct diagnostic coding that adheres to coding rules and convention, standards and guidelines Participate in quality enhancement and efficiency initiatives that will improve the quality of coding and the departments output.Liaise with Coding Centre Leadership on the quality of clinical information receivedREQUIRED EDUCATION
