Position Overview

Clinical Coach – Supported First Year of Practice (Hawkes Bay Fallen Soldiers Hospital)

Permanent; Part – Time: 48 hours per fortnight (0.6FTE).

About the Role

As a Clinical Coach within the Supported First Year of Practice (SFYP) programme, you will play a key role in supporting and developing graduate nurses as they transition into clinical practice. Working alongside nurses in real‑time clinical settings, you will provide hands‑on coaching, guidance, and role‑modeling to build confidence, clinical judgement, and professional capability.
