The Clinical Care Coordinator provides clinical coordination and surgery scheduling services for the Division of Breast Surgery, at the UCSD Comprehensive Breast Health Center. Under general supervision, this position will serve as the Clinical Care Coordinator for assigned Breast Surgeons, and Advance Practice Providers. Duties include high-level administrative support and planning and managing clinical activities. Manages and maintains complex calendars for meetings and appointments. Assists with coordination of travel arrangements and processes reimbursements of expenses as needed. Prepares and distributes clinic notes to referring physicians and medical records.
