~ Minimum degree requirement of an Associate's degree in Paralegal/Legal Studies or a Bachelor's degree with experience in affiliation agreement/contract management, negotiation, or editorial review.

~3 years' experience in agreement/contract management, negotiation, or editorial review.

~ Proficiency using technology to process agreement/contract review processes.

~ Paralegal experience highly preferred.
