5.5 Days (Office Hours) Key Responsibilities
Assist plastic surgeons in aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures under sterile conditions. Prepare and set up operating instruments, equipment, and consumables before each surgery. Perform surgical scrubbing, draping, and instrument handling during procedures. Ensure strict adherence to infection control and aseptic techniques. Monitor patients' condition pre-, intra-, and post-procedure in collaboration with the clinical team. Assist in minor procedures, wound dressing, injections, and post-op care. Handle and maintain instruments, ensure proper sterilization and storage after procedures. Maintain accurate surgical and patient care documentation.
