Position Overview
Job Scope - Manage clinic inventory, including the ordering and replenishment of medicines and clinical consumables.
- Operate the Clinic Management System with proficiency to update records, schedule appointments, and process data.
- Perform clinical duties as directed to support the healthcare team and ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Handle incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and patient registration.
- Coordinate financial transactions
- Process billing and handle financial transactions under various government schemes (e.g., CHAS, Medisave).
Job Requirements - At least 1 year of working experience
- Good patient care and service attributes
- Proficient in Microsoft
