Position Overview

Job Scope
  • Manage clinic inventory, including the ordering and replenishment of medicines and clinical consumables.
  • Operate the Clinic Management System with proficiency to update records, schedule appointments, and process data.
  • Perform clinical duties as directed to support the healthcare team and ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and patient registration.
  • Coordinate financial transactions
  • Process billing and handle financial transactions under various government schemes (e.g., CHAS, Medisave).
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Good patient care and service attributes
  • Proficient in Microsoft
