Position Overview
About the Role - Assist in clinic operations such as patient registration, triage and preparation.
- Perform basic clinical procedures (e.g. height and weight measurements, vital sign monitoring, blood taking and specimen handling, ECG and treadmill tests, vaccination and health screening support, etc.).
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of medical records.
- Uphold infection control and safety standards within the clinic.
- Handle appointment booking and billing transactions.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
What We Are Looking For - Registered nurse with a valid SNB practicing certificate.
- Diploma in Nursing.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant work experience in clinic settings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
