Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee operations across two residency clinic sites. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, supporting physicians and staff, and driving strategic growth while ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. The position splits time evenly between the South Lyon and Southfield practices.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage the daily operations of assigned practice sites to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and service delivery

+ Serve as a liaison between practice physicians and office staff, as well as between the practice and other clinical and administrative departments

+ Partner with physicians and leadership to develop and implement growth strategies and business plans
