Clinic Hours Mon–Fri: 8am – 5pm
Sat: 8am – 1pm
What You’ll Do - Register patients & schedule appointments
- Handle payments & insurance forms
- Dispense medication, provide financial counselling & assist doctor when needed
- Manage patient records
- Stock-taking & maintain clinic cleanliness
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues
- Other administrative duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For - Pleasant, diligent & service-oriented
- At least 1 year clinic experience preferred
- Comfortable with computers (MS Word & Excel)
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
