Job Description:
Client Success/Account Managers are responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the team - from their work efficiency to campaign status. They also represent the company throughout campaigns and when interacting with clients, reporting every numbers they can.
Qualifications:
Experience of at least three (3) years as a Supervisor or Manager for a company in a similar role.Experience in account and client relationship management, preferably in a BPO setting.Possesses a Bachelor's degree in any field.Excellent communications skills.Amenable to work in an office-based setup.Sales/Marketing experience is a plus but not required!Responsibilities:
