Why this job is important to us
The client solutions team works on a variety of projects related to active deals and strategic initiatives. The team works closely with sales teams and SMEs from both Alpha and CRD to help design solutions for prospects and clients. Historically, the team has also been involved with the deal pricing process and plays a role in sourcing metrics needed for pricing estimation. The team is often pulled in to help on Request for Proposals (RFP’s) for potential new clients and actively supports content creation in the Lexicon database. Additionally, the team supports Alpha demo initiatives and creation of new demo content.Key Responsibilities
