This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in our Brisbane office. Day to day, you will support our Advisers and ensure that team workflow is managed efficiently. Your role, your contribution! 

• Prepare accurately reconciled client review reporting for Advisers.
• Liaise with fund managers and maintain client portfolios through financial planning software.
• Booking appointments, document management and data entry and deliver general ad-hoc administrative support.
• Deliver quality service and outputs to client in both written and verbal form.
• Support our Client Associate team.
