Who Are We: Stroke Support Station (S3) is a non-profit organization in Singapore dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for stroke survivors and their caregivers. S3 provides a range of programs focused on rehabilitation, empowerment, and community reintegration. Through specialized activities, wellness programs, and caregiver support, S3 aims to foster physical, emotional, and social well-being. The organization also advocates for stroke awareness and collaborates with healthcare professionals, volunteers, and partners to offer holistic, person-centered care for the stroke recovery journey.
The Customer Service Associate will provide quality frontline services to clients and their caregivers. Core duties of this role will include patient registration, scheduling of services and transport, medical records management, and collection of payments.
