Position Overview
Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end RFP process for complex proposals across Europe by coordinating input from subject matter experts and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions. Assist in shaping storylines and crafting proposal content that reflects BTS’s distinct value proposition and leadership voice. Manage logistics on the proposal platform (document management, uploads, and version control). Collaborate with design, information security (infosec) and regional CRT members to ensure visually compelling, compliant, and client-ready materials. Maintain shared proposal libraries and support tracking of win/loss data, client feedback, and key learnings. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, such as streamlining templates, refining content, or introducing new digital tools.
