**Job Description:**



**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**


+ Build an excellent rapport with customers, understanding their needs and delivering to their requirements.


+ Respond to customer inquiries including requests for quotes, pricing, and availability of product.
+ Manage new sales opportunities together with ITW’s engineering, manufacturing, and commercial team.
+ Maintain relationships with key customers to support ongoing business and enhance customer satisfaction.
+ Work together with Customer Service, Production, and Logistics to calculate accurate revenue forecasts numbers to ensure Revenue and Material Margin outlooks are accurate, and any issues are highlighted early on in order to react appropriately.
+ Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identify sales opportunities.
