Client Relationship Associate
A client relationship associate is responsible for client relationships before and after the sale process is complete. The candidate handles a variety of queries in person, on the telephone and via emails as they relate to all transactional aspects of bidding, buying, selling and post-sale activities. He /she continues to work with customers to keep them up to date on products and services to maintain that relationship. The client relationship associate -- along with the specialist department, and marketing teams -- plays an integral part in providing and maintaining exceptional client service standards. This position requires excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills as well as a good teamwork.
