Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects from concept to final implementation.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, serving as the single point of contact.
- Maintain project delivery within the baselined budget, on schedule, while meeting quality criteria and client expectations.
- Control scope and manage change throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document and manage risks and issues.
