Job Summary The Program Manager is responsible for supervision and oversight of the development and implementation of day programs designed to encourage and foster independence in life skills and vocational skills. Day programs include client employment services and day center services. Oversee the development of therapeutic life enriching activities, interactions, and social support for adults with developmental disabilities.?? Oversee the development of vocational training and curriculum for the client employment services program.
