Job Description: Operations Executive

Act as a single point of contact between clients and internal product/tech teams.
Support onboarding and day-to-day coordination with clients, ensuring successful adoption of product features.
Assist in setting up client accounts, integrations, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Coordinate and track WebEngage campaigns, client automations, or CRM workflows.
