This role focuses on solutioning, coordination, and project management before operations go live.

The role involves working closely with clients whose operations may scale significantly.

Key Responsibilities

Client Solutioning

• Understand client logistics requirements.
• Design customized onboarding plans.
• Recommend logistics solutions involving:
  • 3PL / 4PL models
  • Warehousing
  • Delivery workflows
  • System configurations

Project Lifecycle Management

Manage onboarding phases including:
