Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client onboarding journey, ensuring a tailored and delightful experience.
- Maintain 100 % accuracy in billing, statutory filings, and adherence to Sleek's Terms & Conditions.
- Execute workflows with the goal of less than three business days for client processing.
- Provide proactive updates to clients and manage roadblocks quickly.
- Apply expertise in ACRA regulations, Companies Act 1967, and AML/CFT policies for full compliance.
