RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitates ongoing stakeholder relationships (with clients, consultants, brokers, underwriters) through proactive client engagement (e.g., meetings, plan reviews) to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Gather relevant data/information and interprets reports to inform right rate action for clients. Manages the lifecycle of a client to drive the right policy and plan solutions to their benefit needs, while balancing the needs of the client with that of the business. Negotiates with multiple stakeholders (e.g., clients, consultants, brokers, underwriters) to manage renewal rates for assigned client accounts and generates strategic plan alternative options to meet the clients' unique benefit needs and financial objectives.
