As a Client Manager on the Employee Benefits team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients by proactively managing a portfolio of accounts. You’ll serve as a trusted partner, ensuring client needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insight. How you'll make an impact • Communicate resources available within Gallagher to fill white space needs (Pharmacy Practice, Retirement, GGB, HR Consulting, Voluntary Benefits, etc.) • Accountable for 95% client retention • Manage increasingly complex accounts and funding type based on experience with supervision • Support the Client Service Cycle with oversight from experienced team members to ensure a seamless renewal process and retain the business • Resolve service-related issues independently, involving more experienced Account Management team members when needed • Utilize Gallagher’s resources (Underwriting, Compliance), available tools (Excel, PowerPoint,...
