The CMS Service Delivery role is a high-responsibility position within the Service Delivery team, focused on ensuring seamless, accurate, and timely delivery of custody services to the Investment Managers. The role involves strong external & internal engagement and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met with 100% accuracy along with analytically strong background

Key Responsibilities

• Service Delivery & Client Advocacy: Deliver high-value custody and accounting services, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with evolving client needs. Act as a client advocate, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maximize client satisfaction.

• Risk & Compliance Management: Define and assess the risk environment for the business unit; perform Risk and Control Assessments to minimize risk events. Assist with compliance reviews, controls, and audits, ensuring adherence to...
