Client Finance Analyst
Reporting into: Client Finance Manager

Your Role:
What You Do:
Partner with account teams to manage financial aspects of client engagements, including job openings, estimates, purchase orders, and billing. Oversee client billing – requesting, reviewing, and reconciling invoices to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client contracts. Monitor WIP and unbilled balances, proactively resolving outstanding issues. Support client audits by providing required documentation and addressing inquiries. Track and analyze project performance, highlighting variances and risks. Maintain accurate project data in financial systems, ensuring compliance with policies and agreements.
