This role is built for someone who wants to build a long-term career in technology recruiting in a recruitment agency.

• Source and identify candidates for active engineering and technology leadership searches: Staff Engineers, Principal Engineers, Distinguished Engineers, Engineering Managers, VPs of Engineering, CTOs, and similar senior technical profiles.
• Manage candidate pipelines, keep the CRM clean, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Coordinate interviews and logistics between candidates and clients
• Research target companies, map engineering org charts and CTO office structures, and build longlists for new search engagements.
• Build a sophisticated sourcing strategy where you target notoriously passive yet in high demand talent pools.
