In this new position, as phase 1, you will start by working alongside our Marketing department, receiving leads to assess, guide and convert them as new clients. In phase 2, as a Client Care Advisor, your primary mission is to ensure our clients feel seen, heard, and protected. While you will manage financial portfolios, your north star is the client relationship.
