To prepare schedule for preventive maintenance: To check and balance monthly OPA machine database. To prepare schedule for all Chubb branch nationwide. To coordinate schedule with machine service provider. Forward confirm appointment to Chubb branch nationwide. Monitor and update clients on job completion. Create tickets as reference upon completion servicing (PM). To coordinate appointment with service provider: Request appointment for fault call and footage request. Manage and inform branch upon confirmation. Burn data from DVR to CD/DVD for bank footage request: Received raw data from branch and transfer to CD/DVD.
