**Job Summary and Qualifications**

+ **Maintains accurate and current surgery schedule and monitors schedule for appropriate room scheduling**
+ **Schedules anesthesia coverage for all departments in the hospital with the exception of the obstetrical units**
+ **Assists with the flow of the OR desk by performing a variety of clerical and support functions**
+ **Manages and routes faxes to appropriate personnel**
+ **Notifies customer service representatives on pending cases for which they need to be present**
+ **Assists the OR Charge Nurse as necessary Promotes Wesley services and schedule availability to physician schedulers**
