Position Overview
**Job Description**
This position is responsible for maintaining databases by entering new and updated information as well as providing administrative support to the NANA Construction Accounts Payable and Payroll Departments.
**Responsibilities**
+ Logs, compiles, organizes, processes, and summarizes many different types of data.
+ Operates or performs such standard office duties such as producing general office written or electronic correspondence, handling a variety of telephone and office equipment, observing proper procedures to handle records or other materials. Enter paperwork in electronic system either by data entry of by using optical scanners.
+ Operates in a climate of confidentiality requiring discretion.
+ Assists others with overflow work or special projects.
+ Will assist in the preparation of documents affecting the functioning of the assigned area.
