Position Overview

Definition of Work:


Reporting to the Director of Long term care and Community Supports, the Clerk IV will be responsible for providing structure, input and coordination to biweekly divisional/program meetings; responsibilities include meeting transcripts, task assignment and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure assigned tasks are completed according to timelines. The administrative assistant will be responsible for all program documentation and follow-up related to program implementation; training schedules; and developing clinical schedules based on assigned client priorities.

Other duties include preparing and distributing program staff and physician meeting agenda/minutes; preparation of program reports/statistical reports; preparing community and provincial steering committee presentations; providing follow-up on provincial steering committee action items; providing the first point of contact for stakeholders inquiring about the program; ...
