Our Lady of Consolation is located on the beautiful Great South Bay and is comprised of a 345-bed nursing and rehabilitative care center. The Social Work Clerical Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Social Services Department in a nursing home or short-term rehab setting. This position assists with resident documentation, filing, scheduling, communication, and coordination of services to help ensure residents receive quality care and support.
