This is a remote position. Tuk Tuk Boom is seeking a dependable and organized Clerical Assistant to support administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will assist with record keeping, scheduling, document management, data entry, and general office duties while helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries. Maintain and organize employee, vendor, and business records. Perform data entry and update company databases. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence. Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and staff communications. File, scan, and manage digital and physical documents. Support inventory tracking and invoice processing. Coordinate administrative tasks for management and restaurant operations. Maintain confidentiality of company information.
